Sign the purchase agreement and pay your down payment
Review and sign the agreement, then make your down payment. Terms are fixed and clearly laid out before you sign anything — no surprises later.
Close on the property
Make your remaining payments on the schedule you agreed to. When the property is paid in full, we take care of all the closing logistics — at no additional cost — to complete the land sale and transfer ownership to you.

Do I need good credit to buy land this way?+
No. Owner financing runs through us directly, not a bank, so there’s no credit check involved. What matters is the down payment and being able to keep up with the monthly amount.
What’s actually on this land — water, power, roads?+
Most raw desert parcels don’t have utilities run to them. Plan on hauling water and using solar unless a listing says otherwise, and expect some roads to be unpaved. We note access conditions on every listing.
